ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Healthy Mind Counseling Services, Inc. (HMCS) opened its doors on February 14, 2005. The practice is located at 6305 Lonas Drive, Suite 101.
HMCS is a group practice and is owned by Debbie Price, MSSW. The practice includes therapists, psychologists and psychiatric nurse practitioners who, as independent contractors, provide clinical services and medication management to clients. Our philosophy is to provide the best care by matching our clients to a therapist that is most qualified to help with the particular issue. Therapists may refer to our nurse practitioners as appropriate.
HMCS works to reduce the stigma associated with counseling by providing a comfortable and save environment for talk therapy. In the counseling process, clients gain insight regarding emotional issues and learn coping skills to improve daily functioning.
Our providers use effective and clinically proven treatments in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. There is no one size fits all approach to emotional health. We are an inclusive practice serving individuals, couples, and families of multicultural and diverse backgrounds.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
We always welcome communication from our clients but due to both HIPAA regulations and our professional ethics, we will decline any requests for connection on social media (such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.). Thank you for understanding our commitment to provide the highest quality and ethical care.

These reactions and emotions can make us feel stuck.
